Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, including any disputes regarding the existence, validity, or termination thereof, shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996 (New Zealand).

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, is the property of QGPublishing Limited or its content suppliers and protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.

Purchases
By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All purchases made through our website are subject to product availability. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Shipping and Delivery
We will arrange for the delivery of the products you order to the address you specify in the checkout process. We will use reasonable efforts to package and deliver your products within the estimated delivery time indicated on your order confirmation. Due to the nature of books, risk of loss and title for items purchased from QGPublishing Limited pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Returns and Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase. We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. If the item you have purchased online is no longer available due to in store theft or damage, we will offer to order you a copy or can provide a refund. We do not provide cash refunds. Exchanges must be in pristine condition and be returned 28 days from purchase date. The book must be unread and in clean, saleable condition. Your book cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. The full value of the book being exchanged must be taken out in a book or books. The exchange of books must take place within 28 days of receipt of the book. 

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
